At La Plumeria we focus on seasonal ingredients with an emphasis on organic local produce and fresh seafood from the surrounding waters.

Our daily rates include a wonderful breakfast buffet including fresh fruits and juices, daily baked breads, and pastry items with a variety of homemade tropical marmalade, home raised eggs cooked exactly to your liking as well the best Gallo Pinto you will find in the area…. not to forget Mimosas, a variety of teas and of course Costa Rica´s world known Coffee specialties.

Every evening we welcome you to enjoy a charming three course dinner, included in your stay. We have 2 seating times: 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm.  

The menu changes daily and will give you selection of two different items per each course. We focus on traditional Latin and Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist to provide a wonderful Fusion experience.

Come and let us surprise you with our passion for fresh and healthy meals prepared with seasonal, local produce from our own garden or local vendors who share our philosophy of only using sustainable and organic farming practices. For example, the eggs served each morning are from our Esmeralda chickens, which we take care of on our own farm. See part of our  menu here. 

Throughout the day La Plumeria invites you enjoy either in the restaurant or pool side, our light lunch menu, offering a variety of salads and appetizers.

We are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements, including lactose free, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan requests.
