Terms & Conditions
1.1. Unless indicated otherwise, the accommodation prices indicated are in USD, per room and per night.
1.2. Prices do not include taxes (13%).
1.3. Check-in: 03:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM.
1.4. Breakfast and dinner are included. Drinks are excluded.
1.5. Christmas Dinner and New Year dinner will be mandatory and will have an additional Supplement. Please contact us for more details.
1.6. “Extras” such as coffee, wine, spirits, mineral water, special dietary needs, laundry services or other optional hotel guest services are not included in the price.
2. RESERVATIONS POLICY
2.1. All reservations must be communicated directly to the hotel by mail to [email protected] or by phone on (+506) 2653 0137.
2.2. Reservations are subject to space availability and will be confirmed in writing by the reservations department.
2.3. Once the booking has been confirmed and processed, the travel agent will be subject to the cancellation hotel terms and conditions.
2.4. Name changes and/or travel dates changes on reservations within the penalty period will be considered as cancellations by the hotel. The travel agent must submit a new reservation and it will be subject to space availability.
2.5. Our policy doesn’t allow more than two adults into one room, so you will need to book two rooms or more if you have three or more adults in your party.
2.6 All our Rooms have one king Size Bed.
3. ADULTS ONLY POLICY
3.1. Children under the age of 18 years old are not permitted to stay at the hotel.
4. NO PET ALLOWED POLICY
4.1. Pets are not permitted to stay at the hotel.
5. MINIMUM NIGHTS
5.1. Christmas and New Year: we require a four-night minimum booking for holiday reservations during the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
5.2. Easter: we require a three-night minimum booking during the Easter holiday period.
6.1. We gladly welcome groups to spend their vacation with us but, please note that we cannot accept large groups (more than 10 rooms). If you would like any more information, or to check availability, policies and prices for a group, please contact us.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
7.1. High season:
7.1.1 We need a valid credit card number and expiration date to confirm your room reservation
7.1.2 You can cancel your reservation without charges 14 days before the arrival date.
7.1.3 If you cancel your reservation after the deadline, we will apply a penalty of 100% of the reservation plus applicable taxes
7.2. Peak Season:
7.2.1 We need an advance payment to guarantee your reservation
7.2.2 Non-Cancelable Rate
7.2.4 Modifications are not allowed
7.3. Low season:
7.3.1 We need a valid credit card number and expiration date to confirm your room reservation.
7.3.2 You can cancel your reservation without charge 3 days before the arrival date.
7.3.3 If you cancel your reservation after the deadline, we will apply one night penalty plus applicable taxes
7.4. There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”.
7.5. If the room is labeled as non-refundable, non-cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
7.6. Breakfast and dinner (half-board plan) are not transferable and/or negotiable and may not be redeemed for cash.
8. HOTEL SERVICES
8.1. All bookings are accepted by us in good faith. Should we be unable to provide you with a room that you have booked, we will use all reasonable endeavours to find alternative accommodation nearby which is of a similar standard at no extra charge.
8.2. Unless otherwise stated, in the event that the customer refuses to return to our hotel once the accommodation is at his disposal, then any increase in the price or rate alternative hotel on the said property originally designated, shall be covered or paid for by the client himself or by the travel agent.
9.1. Jardín del Eden and its employees shall not liable for any damages caused mentally or physically as a result of, or in connection with monetary crises, economic changes, electrical and internet outages due to weather, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties, for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of Nature (hurricanes, mudslides, earthquakes), flight cancellations or changes, diseases or epidemics/ pandemics, novel or unexpected conditions and local laws.
10. HOTEL IDENTITY
10.1. The travel agent undertakes the responsibility to present the client with updated information regarding the hotel. The hotel can make changes to the text and images in the agent’s catalog.
10.2. The travel agent, subsidiaries and delegated, will display on their website “Rack Rates” (without any discount), respecting price parity with those offered by the hotel.
11. TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPDATES
11.1. Jardín del Eden reserves the right to change any and all terms and conditions you see here at any time without prior notice. Said new terms and conditions will be published in the Jardín del Edén website.
12. TERMINATION AGREEMENT
12.1. Termination without notice will happen immediately if the travel agent breaks the terms of the agreement.
