The hotel management along with all the hotel team, have adopted sustainable practices that we are proud to list below:
We own a waterhole with installed filters and a wastewater treatment plant that won’t contaminate natural water sources. Within guest rooms, laundry, kitchen, pools, and spa, we continue to implement practices that reduce water waste. Other efforts include the linen and towel reuse programs.

Solar water Heating System

Solar energy is a renewable and clean energy source. With our solar system we displace much of the electricity used for water heating and it helps us to achieve sustainable operations. The hotel also owns an electric plant to be used only in the case of electricity cuts.

Mosquito Eco-friendly spray system

Our Mosquito Eco-friendly spray system is derived from clean organic sources and safe for the environment and the health of our staff and guests.

Recycling and waste Reduction

We have a strict recycling program and in combination with our recycling efforts, we are looking for opportunities to reduce the use of plastic and other disposables.

Cleaning Products

Recognizing the importance of safer products for guests and employees as well as for the environment, we use cleaning products with mostly bio-based that have demonstrated great performance and to be less irritating to our guests, employees, and the environment.

Food Preparation

We have a commitment to integrate local products and using fresh, seasonal produced ingredients. More sustainable and healthier cuisine offers our guests the opportunity to experience a greater eco-friendly connection to our location.

In La Plumeria Restaurant we use organic, local and naturally grown raw materials with the help of the sun and rain, and with the caring touch of a human hand. We seek to ensure that our guests’ meals are prepared with the best possible fresh ingredients produced at our own farm.
